TK Toys donated all the toys for the Berks County Extreme build in Hamburg, Pa.  

I began this business nearly 10 years ago as a new mom of 2 small boys and a family day care provider.

 
Because of my work with children and as a mom, I understood the value of learning through play and I also felt the challenge of finding toys and games that weren't just fun... but also educational and above all SAFE! But it was when I began working with some local charities that I really felt need for these same values in the area of charitable giving.

I was constantly disappointed by the options available to charitable programs and child cares when it came to high quality, educational toys... not to mention the price! I knew that the right products at the right prices were out there, but they were either too hard to find, or the minimum purchase requirement was just too high.

That is where my quest began. I spent my days (and some nights) seeking out the absolute best opportunities I could find for the organizations and charities I served. My first find was one trustworthy company with a warehouse full of closed out inventory at blow out prices.

Today, I have built relationships with some of the top toy, book and game suppliers in the world and they are thrilled to work with us to get their amazing products into the hands of the families and children served by charities and giving organizations all over the USA.

My boys are 10 years older now... they are my official “Toy Testers” but they are also my Heros in that they have taught me so much about the value of helping others. The experiences and joy that have come from this work are the inspiration behind our company's dedication to continue to give back to top rated charities all over the world and here at home.

Our family and company motto is “When we give, we receive.” Which is why we choose to donate a percentage of our proceeds to charity as a result of every purchase from TK's Toy Box.
